We want you to be completely satisfied with your Maria de la Orden purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for your items.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or courier office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
